Shipping Policy

1.Most Items will be shipped within 1 business day of payment clearing.

2. Additional handling times on freight shipments, items over 25 pounds, international shipments, and quantity orders of 10 or more items. 

 

3. Expedited shipments will be expedited as much as possible.

1. Excludes shipments totaling 25 lbs or greater.

2. Orders shipped based off dimensions or via truck may require additional charges.

 

3. Qualifying deliveries must be within the continental United States. Additional fees will apply towards shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and U.S. Territories.


4. All free shipping is standard ground shipping. Expedited and scheduled delivery items are excluded.

5. Minimum dollar threshold to qualify is determined on net price of material only.  Freight charges are not included in the minimum threshold. Coupon codes and any other discounts are included in the minimum threshold. 

7. Minimum dollar threshold is based on a single brand.  If ordering multiple brands, minimum must be reached for each brand.

8. Only available for online ordering.

9. Smaller items with free shipping on listing are free for continental United States shipments only.

Return Policy

PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the shipment date. If 30 days have gone by since the order was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund.

 

Used and preowned items also apply to same return policy as new.

All standard returns will have up to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exceptions to the restocking fee are products damaged in transit by carrier. Under this circumstance, the items will be subject to inspection and may result in a longer waiting period before credit status is determined. Damage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot assist with a damage claim.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Used items must be in original  condition it was received. Items must be in the original packaging.

 
Returns with crushed, torn, stained, and/or marked original product boxes, or returns shipped without the use of a shipping box protecting the manufacturers product box are not accepted. 

If the return falls under any of the criteria listed above (even if the product is unused or uninstalled) unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, as the part is no longer in original condition for resale.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
